Groups are required to attend a meeting, organized by the sponsor, to review safety guidelines and procedures. The sponsor is provided with literature on safety topics and procedural guidelines reviewed by the county.

FISCAL IMPACT: The County is responsible for acquiring and erecting recognition signage at either end of the roadway segment.  Staff expects to install two (2) new sponsor signs at a cost of $60.00 and two (2) new Adopt-a-Road logo signs at a cost of $140, total cost for all signs will be approximately $200.  Program expenses are budgeted in the Transportation Services Fund 101.
